Smile on the inside…

For years I would just shovel a piece of toast down my beak in the mornings because I felt like I “had” to have something in the mornings & toast was the quickest. 

I’d end up feeling bloated & uncomfortable and hungry an hour later. Recently, I’ve rediscovered a love for porridge, it keeps me full and satisfied until lunchtime, no bloated belly & not picking for snacks! 

All hail the majestic oat!

This is made with almond milk and a chopped strawberry.

Extra time in the mornings…

Whenever I have extra time in the mornings (usually just the weekend), I like to take my time cooking breakfast.  This is one of my favourites… Wilted spinach Potato Rosti (grate a medium potato, squeeze out all of the moisture in a clean tea towel, add salt & peppa[push it real good] and fry in a small amount of coconut oil) Topped with a gooey poached egg (free range and organic of course)  Enjoy  A x  

Eat the rainbow

Breakfast has always been a struggle for me, even as a child. I have learned that it is the most important meal of the day and some days the only thing that will do, is to eat a rainbow!

Add:

Strawberries

Kiwi

Passion fruit 

Organic yoghurt
