Usually on a Saturday I’ll go out for lunch with friends and end up being stuck because their only vegetarian option will be pasta with a bland-ass sauce. Today I’m glad I made lunch at home, I got to choose what I wanted & knew what was going into it.
I griddled halloumi and had a mago & avocado salsa on a bed of spinach. The flavours were amazing, if I do say so myself. The cafe can keep their bland ass pasta I’ll just have a coffee instead!
